Happy Saturday!!! Last night was spent going grocery shopping after work (for bird seed, primarily), frying up some keto chicken tenders for dinner (inspired by @kelleyish) and taking my first walk since last Sunday. Damn it felt good to hit the street again. Â

I was excited to see my weight hit the bottom of the 210′s this morning even if it was 210.9. Looking at my weight loss graph I think it’s so interesting how already, in this month alone, I’ve lost almost more weight than I did in all of 2017 when I weighed 260 in July and starting this weight loss effort. Excited to see how long I can keep this motivation up and what kind of impact I can have on my loss. Â
This morning I got up extra early because I was SO excited to see if any birds (or squirrels!) were visiting!!! The answer is no, no one yet. I even sprinkled some seed outside of the feeder to see if it will help lure them in!? I’m disappointed no one has found it yet but hopefully soon! Â
Check out the lack of tortilla with my breakfast!! I was craving veggies badly so I tried a new method (for me) of cooking up some brussels. I chopped them into quarters and fried them up in the leftover bacon grease. Turns out they’re just as delicious! I filled up on the brussels, had two slices of bacon and barely touched the eggs. Â
OKAY - now to go take a walk (in the sunshine!!!), come back to shower and get dressed then head out to go see The Favourite with my neighbor friend! Â
