Rivero’s owner came back from the World Equestrian Games where he was volunteering, and he had bought official WEG tack from Equi-thème!

He also told me that :

- Indeed, the organisation is total shite

- The volunteers were staying at a place located 20km from the main sites, but nobody had thought to get them transportation. His group of volunteers finally got their very own Range Rover to get them home every night.

- There was one day where the eventing horses and the showjumping horses had to stay at the same site, and it was basically chaos

- He went on a night on the town with some of Equidia's journalists, and the day after he got to hang out on the TV set

- He was right next to the officials during the opening ceremony

- He got to watch the dressage from the federation's VIP boxes, and Dujardin's test gave him goosebumps

- The french dressage riders went to these same boxes after their test, and they were debriefing their performance
