I dropped 9 trees at a friend's house today with mostly axes and a chainsaw sprinkled in. T-shirt selection was deliberate; I think it's important to show that traditional examples of masculinity can exist without machismo bullshit. Raised a few eyebrows at the hardware store on the way but the 71-year-old grizzled male owner gave me a nod and a "right on" as I checked out.
