Peachy Sangria *Recipe*
Just because you are on a budget doesn’t mean you can’t treat yourself to a nice drink. A full recipe does like half a gallon worth of booze. I like peach and my drinks to not taste like alcohol, ever since I had gotten super sick off Fireball once. Rough work week with several people quitting and DM visits just need a drink to escape it all. Please if you use this recipe be of legal drinking age!
It’s about $20 to make this drink but you get many servings out of it and leftover vodka to drink once you are out of this as you’ll be sad this is gone. (Lol)
Ingredients:
1 bottle of Peach flavored white wine/moscato (I used Bella Bolle moscato that was peach flavored.)
1 cup of peach flavored vodka (I used Svedka peach vodka in a small bottle that they hide behind the counters)
1 bottle of seltzer water (I used Food Lion Peach Mango flavor, totally can use something with complimenting flavors.)
1 small jar of maraschino cherries
1/4 cup simple syrup (easy to make some sugar and some water boil until sugar dissolves)
1 lb of frozen sliced peaches (I was going to use fresh but they aren’t in season.)
Tools:
A big pitcher with a locking lid
Directions:
Make sure your liquids are chilled makes it so you can drink it faster.
Add your fruits first, simple syrup, (and dump the whole jar of cherry that syrup helps flavors your drink.) Add the wine, vodka then the seltzer. Give it a good stir and pop it in the fridge for a little. The longer the fruit soaks the better they taste and will add more flavor.
