'Chocolate Bar'...unreal! The Arts Club in London again...you must go,

'The Arts Club' in London for works drinks...possibly the best steak ever...along with some healthy trimmings! The meal crept on throughout from lunch till early morning...good times.

Day 1 - Cucumber for lunch with soy sauce...no carbs in sight! 

Day 1 - No carbs or sugar....I had the superfood salad with radish, spinach, rocket, chicken, tomatoes, soya beans and some mozzarella. YUM!
