Week 18: Taehyung Characterization Week

*Loved you better* by @yeojaa is the most beautiful story ever written in fanfic history. Period. The eloquence used throughout the piece is just oh so beautiful, it can make you feel thousands of emotions simultaneously. Moreover, Taehyung’s characterisation here unbelievablly on point , that is exactly how I pictured him to be if he wasn’t a idol! In a world where there is a lack of hugs and comfort, this story is definitely feels like a hug!!

Hello it's me again! I'd like to recommend Satisfy by @suga-kookiemonster. It's an ongoing series about the Kim line as rich heirs, and OC who is friends with Tae and somehow got into a very interesting arrangement with him and his brothers. Ch. 3 is specifically about Tae, and the dialogue between OC and Tae is so flirty and straight-forward, and when Tae reveals his kink? LOL-worthy! Also the smut is hot hot hot, the dynamic and chemistry between the 2 is off the charts!

It’s me again with more feedback! I’d love to still rec “are you sure?” by @cutechim because it’s the got the hottest balance of fluff and smut! Again it’s a mini, and it essentially details someone who’s only ever had one partner, and they turned out to be an asshole that didn’t treat the oc right when it came to smutty situations. Taehyung is her older brother’s best friend and someone she trusts, so she enlists in his help for the more smutty side of exploring things and I’ve gotta say Hana nailed it like always. Taehyung was characterized as this sweet, reassuring and hot friend who just wants to make the oc feel good, and their chemistry was simply off the charts!! Having the setting in the back of a car just amped up the heat by tenfold, and ends in such a satisfying way 🥺

I recommended Silver and Blue and you asked for more feedback so I am here to give it. Silver and Blue is one of my favorite series. I love how the author builds the tension between the two main characters. The reader really does not like him at first but she cannot help but be drawn to him and D (untaemedqueen) writes this so well. The explosive moment when they finally confess to each other is super hot and I really love how possessive and loving Tae is with his mate. I am a real sucker for werewolf fics! I know that this is over the deadline but the first ask I sent in wasn’t so I hope it will work!! Silver and Blue is too good to miss!

HELLO SORRY THIS IS ME WITH MORE FEEDBACK FOR THE FARMER!TAE SERIES SO YEAH THIS SERIES IS JUST PERFECTION BECAUSE AGAIN MISS @UBEMANGO IS THE QUEEN OF DIALOGUE SO THE DIALOGUE IS JUST REALISTIC FLOWING AND NOT STILTED AT ALL!! ALSO TAE'S CHARACTERIZATION IN HERE AS A FARMER IS A NASTY SWEETHEART WHO LOVES A SIMPLE LIFE YA KNO?? MY KIND OF GUY!! ALL HE WANTS IS TO WORK HARD ON HIS FARM MARRY YOU MAKE YOU COME AND BUILD YOU A HOUSE! THE ENTIRE SERIES IS JUST PURE REALISTIC DOMESTICITY!!

The second story that I recommended (but admin asked for a separate ask and more feedback) was Heat Run. This is my story and I think that my favorite part about it is the dialogue. The interactions between characters are very fast paced and I worked hard to build characterization through dialogue. This is one of the first fics that I really tried to build an entirely alternate reality and I was very excited about it. My favorite scene is when Hoseok and Jungkook are talking to to the reader about how terrible a person Taehyung is but also teasing her because she said he smelled really good without knowing who he was. It was a very fun scene to write. I feel a little embarrassed talking up my own work. 🙈 I do hope that is enough 🥺

Hello! I’m back because Dia said I needed to submit one ask for each fic that I self-recommended and add more details about the story. I realize that this is after the deadline but my original ask was before the deadline so I hope I will make the but. The first story I would like to submit is Back to You. It is a very tender story about two people who love each other very much and are separated by unforeseen circumstances. My favorite part about this Tae characterization is that he is so unapologetically in love with his wife and the way they find their way to eachother again is really lovely. It is one of the most emotional pieces I’ve ever written and it is also one of my earliest works.
