This week, instead of featuring a new creator, we thought it would be fitting to review all the wonderful creators that were featured in this blog so far.
Since itās our 100th week here, not only is this the perfect opportunity to do something different and feature all previous 99 creators at once, itās also a time to thank everyone for supporting us from the very first moment this blog was established.
It has been a blast to be part of this project and being able to support and discover so many incredible spn creators. Thank you to all the members, thank you to everyone who allowed us to feature their work here, and thanks everyone who helps us not just by supporting this blog but also by reblogging and following all the amazing creators we feature each week.
The spncreatorsdailyās members, @casblackfeathers @herowilson @mishacollinss @pray4jensen andĀ @starlightcastiel wish you all an amazing week!Ā

-Week ONE HUNDRED, Holy Crap. Still no idea how to celebrate my Two-Year Tumblrversary in two weeks, though. Currently thinking of self-reblogging my old milestone celebrations. Thoughts, folks?
-Things is going well for me.
-So, I learned to pin posts, and pinned a particular post i wanted to show mācoworkers, but after a week of not getting around to it, Iām considering unpinning it. IDK.
-Still neglecting the Backup Blog (though not as badly as on some other times) and on posting/self-reblogging my original-ish content. Side note: would anyone have any thoughts on what theyād like to see self-RBed or continued or whatever?
-I just thought of something I wanted to note, and then immediately forgot it, WTH?
-Oh, now I remember; mālast couple Weekly Reports have been getting more Likes lately, I think itās cuz I started tagging people.
-Speaking of, amusingly, every week at least one of my ātumblr crushesā keeps being someone I was not consciously aware I was Following, which is weird. Letās see if the streak continues!
-Also, i feel like my Top Photos lately keep being stuff RBed the day before, which is also weird cuz I distinctly recall āem sticking around for awhile? Anyways, letās see if that streak continues as well.
-Cannot report anything else of note, so letās move on to the stats.
-Blogs Being Recommend to me ATM: @wakko-loover, @elza32358, @90smovies, and @cyberpunkaesthetic.

Week 100, Day 695.
Week 100!!! What a milestone!!! š
I know Iām posting a couple of days later than usual, thatās not because Iāve forgotten, but because Iāve literally had no time. We came back from Russia late on Monday evening and I spent all of Tuesday replying to emails, completing urgent tasks, and rehearsing my conference presentation, which I gave today atĀ our university water distribution research group meeting. Iāve been given plenty of positive feedback and also tips for improvement! As the first conference is less than two weeks away, this presentation is my priority.Ā
Iām very tired, like all the time. The visit to Russia was fantastic and it was wonderful to see my family, even for such a short period of time. However, it was also full on with everything that we crammed into the short time we had there and was also draining because I spent the entire 6 days interpreting between my family and my partner. It was a huge step in our relationship for him to meet them and see where Iām from, which was emotionally taxing for me because no one has done so before. It was also very emotional leaving and saying goodbye, as it always is. š
Iām desperately looking forward to this weekend, for which I have cancelled my original plans (finally saying ānoā, yay) and intend to spend it in nature/at home resting.Ā Maybe, one day, I wonāt feel so exhausted. šæā
Anyway, the above update is all I have the energy for this week.Ā Keep on trooping. See yāall next week.

FromĀ Self-Portrait as a Part of the Porcelain Export History by Ni Haifeng (åŖęµ·å³°). 1999 - 2001. Series of C-type photographs.
A graduate of the Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts (now known as the China Academy of Art), Ni Haifeng is a multimedia artist based between Amsterdam and Beijing. Ni seeks to subvert the ādominant economic orderā through most of his work, many of which have been exhibited throughout both Asia and Europe.
In his series Self-Portrait as a Part of the Porcelain Export History, Ni paints his body with blue-pigmented floral patterns characteristic of fine porcelain from China along with the ships that carried them in trading with Britain. Passages recounting exports of the East India Trading company decorate Niās body, around his stomach and lower back, acting as captions for the ship depictions. In this series of photographs, Ni has drawn himself into the pages of export history, commodifying his body with the porcelain patterns, and etching a recount of trade details into his skin.

Crazy Rich AsiansĀ dir. Jon M. Chu. Produced by Color Force. 2018.Ā
Based on Singaporean American novelist Kevin Kwanās satirical novel of the same name, Crazy Rich AsiansĀ is a hit romantic comedy-drama starring Henry Golding, Constance Wu, Gemma Chan, Awkwafina, and other rising stars. Rachel Chu (played by Constance Wu), a young professor at New York University, is surprised by her boyfriend Nick Youngās sheer wealth and familial reputation as real estate developers during a visit to Singapore. She embarks upon an uphill battle to win the respect and affection of snobby elites, idiosyncratic relatives, and Nickās disapproving mother.Ā
Though Crazy Rich AsiansĀ has garnered positive public acclaim as a breakthrough for Asian American representation in Hollywood and has a sequel in the works, backlash has risen concerning its glamorization of old Chinese wealth at the cost of Southeast Asian minority groups. Entrenched Chinese elites in Singapore have directly contributed to the erasure and challenges faced by other ethnic groups in the nation-state, as detailed in a post addressing the politics of the movie by Singaporean activist Sangeetha Thanapal.

Selected Works from Flat Parenthood by Tan Tian (č°å¤©). 2018.Ā
Tan Tian is a visual artist and curator. Born in Beijing, China, he graduated from the Department of Fine Art, Kingston University, London in 2012. He currently lives and works in Beijing and New York. Tanās oeuvre displays work that is candid and revelatory - often delving into the self-referential, or meta - the sense of which is amplified by Tanās experimental use of colours, images and language.Ā
In his Flat Parenthood series, Tan explores the emotional turbulence and contradictions of fatherhood. He features the aesthetic of childhood image-making heavily - each work is depicted on standard-sized paper childlike scribbles, the use of materials crayons, poster paint and coloured pencils all attesting to a deliberately haphazard process of creation that privileges the experience of the child and infantilises the artist.
