#website making

Thinking of making a website - what are some (relatively) free and easy use tools?

i know im not using toyhouse for its intended purposes but it beats using discord as the image storage for my neocities by a looooooong shot. i can organize things a lot more easier and the caption box is so fucking convenient. i mean i dooooo use it for my ocs, sometimes. looking back i just cant comprehend the system i was using for discord. i still have to use discord at times when gotta take photos from phone onto computer/laptop. but. geeze. ONE DAY i will have my website fully fixed

Gotten to the point in my degree where I can say some bullshit like “sorry I can’t, I have a website due at midnight tonight” or “I have a presentation tomorrow about the data table I made yesterday” and it is 100% true

chat, any recommendations for: -making website, for portfolio -mailing list - optional: rss? requirements: pricing is nice for east european wages, company is not based in israel and russia, i dont have to learn code language asap to set it nicely. with how slow it took me to make new drawing in the day and age of social media i would like to expand myself outside of this crap, and become someone who aims for 20 freaks. also having website where i curate the surroundings of my artworks* would be really nice. *it is subject i can bitch in longpost form NO TUMMY PICS, CHAT

i want to make a bio site for my blogs like carrd, but idk im finding carrd like really difficult to use? does anyone have any other other sites like that that are more user friendly or tips on using carrd?
