I think there is a best way to know if you are talking to the actual person that is displayed on the screen on omegle. Have a mirror beside you at all times and make a friendly ask to put the mirror up so that is shows your display webcam picture as well as the other. Thus knowing who's a fraud and who's using another identity for their own gain. A simple asking for them wave there hand is just not enough. So please when webchatting and using webcam ask for a quick mirror view of their screen. Because there is really nasty distrusting people out there. Because asking and save you from being a victim.
