Yes. Very yes.  And both. 

When giving, it depends on the partner.  Some enjoy holding out and playfully ‘resisting’ - with them, it is more a game of how quickly he can pleasure them to the point where they can no longer stand it.  With those on the opposite end of the scale, Tiergan works much more carefully, drawing things out as long as physically possible: a slow, sweet torment - one he loves building upon so long as the other is enjoying it too.

In both cases, Tiergan watches all the while, glorying in each little shift and changes in his lover’s demeanor. The way their breath catches in their lungs, the   muted sounds of pleasure, the subtle shift in expression or the faint twist and writhe of the body.  He loves all the small, little reactions leading up to the greater one.

When receiving, he is more the “playful resistance” type. The teasing brushes against the part of him that views it as an almost competitive challenge to see how long he can outlast the pleasure without breaking. In his mind, the build-up almost always makes things so much more intense by the time he finally fractures apart and is overcome by his own desire.
