A soft hum escapes from the woman as she waves towards the near by salesman, she'd just recently come from the farmers market, buying cheap fresh foods for her kids.
It was a hot day today, yet this lady walked around in all black, in what looked like a thick, regal fabric. something that certainly made her look like a nut job with a wish for heat stroke!
Whilst her footsteps were completely silent, the sounds of the bells hanging from her veil made sure no one would ever be surprised by her sudden appearance.
She had simply been walking towards the building in the distance, her home. a place where children of all ages were allowed to come, if they needed a home. or some place safe, she'd always kept her doors open.
Once more the curious child approached the woman, circling her a few times before he sat down in front of her. From inside his shirt he would take out two apples and held one up to her.
"Huh? How did you sneak up on me again? Aww you are just like a lost kitten...." Vladina sat next to the child and took the apple with a bit of confusion. "Hmm where you find these little one?"
Jack would make his way to Zinnya and would hide in her arms. "I no like today....People mean.....Trick Jack."
Zinnya hugs Jack gently but tightly.
"Oww, it's an old tradition from what I know, but we also didn't have it where I grew up." She caresses his back for a bit, then figures it out: "Wanna make cookies instead? I learned some new recipes when I was away."
Jack was feeling playful as he would wait till Noelle sat down before he would lay across her lap to trap her for cuddle time with a mischievous giggle.

Jack would place a watermelon in front of his mother and held up a finger to her so she would watch. He would then take a deep breath before headbutting the watermelon to break it open. He then would offer her a piece as bits of watermelon ran down his face.
Sera chuckled softly and applauded when the watermelon cracked open, taking the offered piece with one hand as she gently reached for a nearby rag with the other to gently clean his face off. “Very good sweetie! You’re getting so strong!”
Jack looked up at Akio and tilted his head. "When it gets hot and we go into the water do you have a secret to not need to come up for air so that you can stay in cool water longer?"
Akio, feeling an opportunity arise, squatted down to Jack's level and with a rather coy smile he responded. "You see Jack, I have this magical power that allows me to breath underwater like fishes do. Is it was part of my training and I am one of the few who mastered it, not even aunty Qadira has access to this secret."
