Dead claimed as she laid in the grass, next to her blue savior. "I mean, like as a friend. And stuff. I feel like you're the first person who understands me." Her feathered ruffled some then turned to face her friend.

"That's an honor." Stella responded. "Kinda sad that we've both gone through some bullshit. What are you going to do after these years? You think you'll remember any of this?"

"I don't know. I feel like if I get resurrected, it would feel like waking up from a coma or something. I might remember somethings and forget a majority of things." Dead laughed and stretched out her wings. "Or maybe I carry my knowledge to life. Maybe make a cult. Oooo~" Dead scooted closer to Stella and nudged her slightly.

"Stop it." Stella scoffed then laughed.

The giggling faded and Stella sat up. She turned away from Dead and looked at the horizon.

Dead's brows furrowed then sat up as well. "Was the cult thing a bit too far? I'm sorry."

"No. I'm just thinking."

"Of?"

Stella's lips tightened. "You think he's going to be a god?"

Dead looked down then rubbed the back of her neck. "I don't know. I try to avoid the topic with him."

"Why you though?" Stella turned her head. Her blue eyes locked with her green eyes. "I'm worried. You have this look and I kind of just want to beat his ass with a crowbar."

Dead shook her head. "Same tale. Wanting to. . . I don't know. See the good in me?" She shrugged her shoulders.

"You know that's a lie."

"There's not much I can do. Whatever gods say, I have to obey." Dead picked herself off of the ground. "I can take care of myself though. I don't go down without a fight." She extended out her hand to the entity.

Stella grabbed her hand and Dead helped her to her feet. "If you ever get into it, just call me over. I'll be your backup. Bastard is going to get an unholy whooping." The entity picked her sword off of the ground. "Same time tomorrow?"
