I feel like H had a couple of good days last week, which was nice. They're usually only around when I'm sleeping, so I'm not really there to help balance things out like I can be for other parts.
I know H has had at least a few moments of clarity in the past, based on some of their writing, but most of the time it's pretty undecipherable to me.
They (or someone else) still ended up sneaking off one night last week while I was supposed to be sleeping and didn't take my sleep meds, resulting in very poor sleep. It really sucks when it happens, because it ends up contributing to my inability to remember much for a few days.
i think everyone but me is managing somehow. i don't know how to manage. i haven't been able to shake the feeling today that i am not meant to exist.
i wasn't meant to be or i was meant to die and now i'm stuck in limbo forever scared and alone
struggling really bad with feeling stuck with no hope for things to change. paranoid that my therapist is bored of me and just wants me to go away.
