johan is a mama’s boy, lykke is a mama’s daughter, viggo’s... just there, in the background, minding his business. johan needs johanne, lykke prefers her and admires her, but viggo never really had a pressing need to get the Attention

so naturally he’s her favourite lmaooo #suckit

but tbh i feel like viggo has the sharpest eyes of the siblings and he can read johanne better than the two others. johan is kinda dependent on johanne so he doesn’t question her so he’s kinda blind, and lykke has too much admiration to see clearly. viggo, of course, respects his mother but he’s like “she’s a human, u guys.”

she probably taught him how to read. so when he started school he was one of the smart kids ( that lasted for good 3 years and then he was average lmao, and middle school’s a completely different story )

tbh his academic career went to hell when he was around 15 or something and johanne gave him a long and hard speech which naturally made him shape up

being a cheeky bitch, whenever he goes abroad, he brings her a bottle of local beer. the good ones are actually good but sometimes he only remembers to buy it when he’s about to go to the airport so sometimes he just goes to a supermarket and buys a 70 cent bottle.

okay so it’s always been sol & anton, and ebba & viveka HOWEVER since there’s just a couple years separating vivi and anton, they had  A LOT of inside jokes because they were in school at the same time ? so when some teacher was being a dick they’d complain about it to the other and the other would be like ‘yeah, the teach is terrible. i remember this one time when...’, when some hot new gossip spread through the school they’d b talking about it in the dinner table.  

and it’s the same reason why they ended up in the same house parties. everyone would always go “ hey isn’t that your sister/brother ? ” and bc when you’re 16-19, the reply is a muttered ‘yes’.

they also have a lot of those “ don’t tell mamma. “ --- moments. getting too wasted, getting their young childish hearts broken, misbehaving in school... they have more blackmailing material on each other than anyone else in the world

when they were preteens they probably lied to sol so much about stupid shit. like ‘ if you eat the watermelon seeds, a watermelon is gonna start growing in your stomach ‘ etc.

i’d say they were closer through the ages of 7-14, and then they just... weren’t

Having said that she picks up yet another bag of chips, no, she should call it her biggest enemy. She places the open bag between them --- comfort food, he sure needs it. “Do you wager it’s possible to dilute it out of my body if I just lie in the pool one week --- to balance it out y’know?”

1. okay so they are pretty different. oKAY they are very different. he’s the free spirit and she’s like the epitome of staying inside of your comfort zone. but he’s probably the only person who actually gets her to find some beauty in just packing your bag and hopping on a train with no destination in mind

2. they actually do squash together. or at least try to do bc he’s never around lmao but when he is they play

3. she’s into superfoods so guess who’s job is to send her the weirdest from foreign countries? you guessed right, anton probably spends 3000 Kr a year just for postage

4. they have this weird friendship going on like they r different but they still find a common ground, they hardly ever see each other but the distance doesn’t really affect their relationship, whenever they see each other they press play and just pick up where they left it

5. they do snail mail. or he does. he sends her post cards and she tries to send him stuff but more often than not the letters never reach him
