The World Baseball Classic 2023 proved to be an exciting and competitive tournament with Japan emerging as the victors, winning their third title in a row. In a recent episode of 5P0RT5, Zack and Danny discussed the tournament and the need to give it more respect and attention as it generates a significant amount of interest and attention from fans worldwide.

In a legendary matchup between two of the game's powerhouses, Shohei Ohtani and his Angels teammate squared off for the final at-bat of the championship game. The sellout crowd of 36,098 at loanDepot park, along with fans around the world, followed every delivery of the ball in anticipation. Ultimately, Japan won their record-extending third title after defeating defending champions United States 3–2 in the championship game, becoming the second team since the Dominican Republic in the 2013 World Baseball Classic to win the WBC with an undefeated record. Shohei Ohtani was named the World Baseball Classic Most Valuable Player.

With the tournament showcasing some of the best baseball talent from around the world, it begs the question, should we treat the World Baseball Classic with the same respect and attention as we do with the World Cup for soccer? As the tournament continues to grow and attract more attention, it's clear that it deserves more recognition as a premier event in the world of sports.

The success of the WBC could be just what baseball needs to bring excitement and attention back to the sport. With thrilling games and memorable moments, fans of all teams and backgrounds can come together to celebrate the game they love.

This is the campaign map for Warlords Battlecry II. Unlike the first installment (a character-focused narrative with a forking plot based on a choice of good or evil) or the third installment (a non-linear narrative which allows you to be rather anti-imperialist for a game based entirely around war), this one is Risk. Though I like some aspects of this game, I’d much rather play either of the other games’ campaigns. However, WBC’s port to Windows 10 is poor (it’s missing sound and I’ve yet to see it run stably) and I’m having issues installing WBC3, so I’m stuck with WBC2 for the moment.

Each space gives you a numerical bonus to your hero’s or your units’ stats (viewable by clicking the crossed flags on the right) or allows you to play as one of the various races (each colored castle). The crossed swords and shield on the right let you see how many territories each race has. Areas with sparkles are adjacent to territories you control, so you can attempt to expand into them.

You start as the race matching your hero. Since I’m seeing how an archmage levels and I picked Fey, I started in the Twilight Woods (Dark Green).
