I haven’t really based it on much, not given it much thought, he just seems like someone who wouldn’t really care? If he sees an attractive person, then that’s what they are, no questions asked. But I think I’d put him as demiromantic too?

People are complicated and are never really either or, or 100% something. Flint seems like one of those.

And bi and pan can be very close depending on how you choose to interpret the sexualities. Bi is liking two (or more) genders, not just men/women. Pan is liking anyone, not basing their attraction to what’s in their pants or what society labels as male or female.

Now in the 1700s he would be seen as a molly, or any other term for gay then. Because bisexuality didn’t have a word and wasn’t seen as a “thing” back then.

(sorry for the slightly delayed reply whoops) ahhh thanks!! <333 my friends are absolutely amazing cooks, much better than me, and they’ve cooked up some very ~fancy meals for me before, so hosting a dinner party for them was a liiiittle bit nerve-wracking but i think i did okay!

i cook a lot and i really enjoy it, i try to find a new recipe to cook every week. i don’t really attempt anything too difficult though, i always go for the easy one-pot recipes :’) and i am NOT a baker in the slightest, this was actually the first time i’ve baked since i was 12 years old!! i really love eating cakes and all manner of sweet things but baking is...... The Worst, i hate how messy it is and how you actually have to be a bit more exact with your ingredients and measurements (maybe just because i am not an experienced baker whereas i cook enough to be able to improvise a bit).... like. getting scales out to weigh stuff???? NOPE.

19. What is the one thing you hate most about your fandom?

Okay, haha, guess I’ll have to tag this as wank?  Easily the thing that I hate the most about our (admittedly awesome) fandom, is THE SUPID-ASS FUCKING SHIP WARS!!! It is unfathomable for me, as both a multishipper and a reasonable adult, that in a fandom for a show that EMBRACES polyamory we have so many stupid-ass ship wars, and especially that these wars descend to the lowest possible levels of personal attacks.  Get a fucking grip, fandom, jfc!  No one should ever criticize people for what they ship.  We have a fucking cornucopia of ships, an armada of ships, there is room enough for every ship. Stop firing on your own ships! FUCK.

20. What is the purest ship in the fandom?

I am… actually probably going to surprise some people, but I have to go with Maxanne.  And the reason for this is that I think that Max is probably the purest, most moral person on the show.  Is she right all the time/do I agree with her choices all the time?  No.  But she has certainly shown the most sincere growth and has genuinely tried to be the better person in very impossible situations.  And Anne, for all the adorable murdering, is steadfast like a compass.  There is no alternative agenda here.  They know and accept each other for all their respective darkness and questionable life choices, but they manage to move beyond all that in a very honest, and - to me - pure way.

22. Popular character you hate?

Hm… I’m not sure that there is a popular character that I genuinely hate ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ They’re all very excellent characters!  I mean, I hate fucking Rogers, but I don’t think he’s popular ;)  And Billy is totally #cancelled, but he is still a fantastic character and (Oh Billy!), I, for one, think his road would’ve looked very different had Vane not martyred himself before his adoring gaze.

23. Unpopular character you love?

My daughter, Eleanor Guthrie, is pretty unpopular in fandom as a whole (although not on Tumblr!).  In the beginning, I had my doubts about her, and definitely didn’t approve of her seeming lack of loyalty, but I grew to love and appreciate her despite all that.  She was a fucking badass, and I’m still bitter about her demise (fuck you, Rogers!), and I’m extra sad that she died in Flint’s arms (although it was beautiful) because that relationship to me is my top 3 fave relationships on the show.  She is the perfect example of having to make impossible choices, but she owned all of them and never apologized for them.  To see a woman, especially in that time period, take ownership of her own decisions is truly transcendent.  I love you, Queen of Thieves!
