🧜‍♀️ A new morning routine 🐬 (And even more evidence I'm a mermaid) I convinced big bri (@bmcginn1960) to do a little polar bear plunge after trialing the second day of my ski prep program. What a lucky guy🤣🤣. I also left the sound on so you can hear the fam's commentary because that was half the fun. Seriously though, this was the most energizing, refreshing thing ever. I might have found a new morning routine? Although the water near us in boston is not quite as nice. A funny note on perspective-- if you check my stories I stuck my feet in this AM and my feet hurt it was so cold. I was hesitant to put my feet in and my body did not like the water temp. After our workout, I was excited to jump in. It felt like a good, exciting challenge mentally and physically. Also betting my dad he wouldn't do it helped. Jumping in felt GOOD (cold but good). I'm not saying it was all wonderful and cozy but I'm glad we jumped in. A change in mindset= a change in feeling.
