Things get difficult with Varka, an enticing human man that got Flins to indulge, just a little, just this once... it isn't long before he catches some real feelings, but he really cannot persue anything serious, as heartbreaking as that is.
How could he commit to a relationship when he knows he mustn't tell anyone of his true identity and linage, well aware that hunters might come looking for him one day and harm his loved ones...
Varka keeps seeking him out, hurt puppy eyes all round, he knows Flins is avoiding him after the last time they've slept together but cannot corner him to ask for a reason. He doesn't even want to corner Flins, doesn't want to make him uncomfortable, but he likes him a little too much and it won't be long before he has to leave.
Flins hopes he can survive this. Just a couple weeks longer, then Varka will have to go back to Mondstadt! Try as he might he cannot resist quietly following and watching him from a safe distance, but at least he hadn't snapped yet, there is still hope for Varka to go before they both get too attached for their own good.
Little does he know, it might already be too late.
