this is inspired by @bottomgenosfest who hosted an anonymous fanworks exchange event in 2018 for June

I've seen a few posts mention how OPM fandomers and works not having enough visibility/engagement (and I want to isolate this to the creative engaging side not the meta side) due to unknown reasons even as there's definitely more than 100 of us scurrying around Tumblr, AO3 and Twitter in their own activity cycles (and im using them as reference cus I use them the most)

So I want to try hosting something for the general fanwork enjoying members to engage in and enjoy + find each other better and discuss about. Fandoms in general have been struggling in the past few years but regardless it is engagement, discussion and encouragement that keeps them doing, not a simple like and reblog is enough just to show someone looked at it and enjoyed it silently

BUT the original BotGenos host had planned theirs as early as March, and we have less than a month to Pride month....

so I've considered: maybe if it's too short a time I can instead host something for halloween/concept-tober instead? As that will give everyone time to plan and prepare what they can do for the event

It will also be open to any ship!!!!!! Cus this will be to bring visibility to any and all works out there, no matter how niche or personal they are (you could make up your own ship of two in-universe characters that catch your eye and i will encourage it)

no Xreader nor OCs tho. Only in-universe character ships (Manga and Webcomic) will be accepted

AU where Genos is already in the HA but Sai is still not, before DSK

Stripper club somehow gets to employ a few S-Class members who agree to join

Darksteel to show his muscles, Zombieman for the fun of it, Watchdogman (no one can figure out how), Genos cus he's curious and Amai Mask personally vouched that he's perfect for it so it swayed his decision making

(might add Flashy Flash and Puri for fun too)

Somehow Saitama aslo appears on the same night as they do this, and he's in awe of this aloof yet cute blonde bunny cyborg who has money raining on him. Enticed, he goes up and offers some cash too, allowing hom to speak with the performer

They chat, Saitama surprised he's caught his interest (he's the only person to ask about anything but the club and Genos is relieved) and they have a great time, a song Genos likes starts playing and he offers a performance just for Saitama. Sai doesn't have much money to offer but Genos offers regardless, and Sai cheers him in awe as Genos dances amazing on the pole

(the anime and some manga panels rreeaaallyyy make me think Genos is flexible like a gymnast, and i hc that he did a lot of training to get familiar with his cybernetic body, and along the way gymnastic moves naturally entered his combat style and natural moveset. And for this small AU he also has experience poledancing in private cus he got curious on how much more he can do, and now he's a pro and gymnastics and the pole XD)

Saitama understandably almost gets a boner and is flushed like mad. Genos is about to quietly call him out in a tease but then Sai'a phone rumbles and its his time to go home so Sai waves him bye and commands his amazing performance, as Genos has never felt so content chatting with someone before. Keeps Saitama's money stacked in his boob cups and poeple takes pics of it and try to give their money to him but he just goes back to dancing so they make it rain money again

The next few days Saitama has a boner for the blonde BUT also realises he was really happy that night chatting with him cus someone was just being honest and real wth him, so he goes back asking if hw can aee that dancer again but it was a one-time thing and they were actually heroes

So Saitama goes online and through deduction of blondes ans cyborgs realises he was chatting with Demon Cyborg. Sends a fan letter 'just cus' and expects it to be their last conversation ever, even if one-sided

Genos gets the letter and he's a bit embarrassed about the ones of him being a stripper, the internet wont shut up about it, but Saitama's letter stands out ans hw instantly recognises him. Using the handwriting and city address he finds where it came from and tracks Saitama down. They become domestic friends before Genos discovers Saitama's heroism and power as he's saved from being killed by DSK in front of the ungreatful and unreasonable civilians, and Genos becomes his no 1 fan and moves in

and then Saitama remembers Genos' bunny night when he holds Genos' hips one day realises theyre so narrow and Genos leans into his hold, asks what's on his mind, and Saitama almost blurts out that he has a nice grabbable hip but he continues what he was doing and pretends all is normal. But then Genos starts tempting him and showing off and making innuendos when theyre alone, anytime and anywhere, and Saitama almost regrets letting a considerably profession pole dancer live with him BUT then he's bending Genos in half in a mating press and they both feel so good that he doesnt mind anymore and accepts this is nice

I do think Genos has to be flexible, since he's loves to propelle himself into the air he's gotta learn to distribute his weight and be bendable yk (love your hc on him learning like a gymnastic, cause I do think so too♡♡♡)
