So, the majority of Ginga wikis seem to think Lucy is a Mastiff.
This is Lucy, introduced in GDW, the wife of Terry, who was murdered by bears.
You'll notice she doesn't share the same facial features as the other Mastiffs in the Ginga series like Moss and Jaguar, her dead husband Terry - the fleshy brows and heavy jowls. This may be because she's a Girl™ and Yoshi gotta Yoshi. Compare her to the above characters.

I think she might actually be a Labrador. Compare her to Labradors (and confirmed mixes) in the series.
Swimmer, Ryu, Munechika and Hook. They all share the same facial features as the total bitch who technically kicked off the events of Weed.
