This levitating creature looks something like a colossal octopus, except that it has ten tentacles, each lined with barbs and ending in a clawed hand. Instead of jaws in the center of its mass is a single enormous eye, glowing with barely contained energy.
Watang is magically gifted compared to most kaiju. It can ignore walls of force and other magical fortifications, and its claws dispel protective or enhancing magic. Its central eye can expand to release a ruinous torrent of force combined with negative energy. Due to this weapon, some scholars believe that Watang is native to, or connected somehow with, the Negative Energy plane, but despite this Watang has no affinity for the undead. Indeed, their fearlessness merely annoys it, and it destroys those undead who cross its path.

Aura of Horror (Su) All living creatures within 120 feet of Watang must succeed a DC 35 Will save or be paralyzed with fear for 1d10 rounds. A creature that succeeds this save is shaken for 1 round instead, and is immune to the aura of horror of Watang for the next 24 hours. This is a fear, paralysis effect.
Dispelling Rend (Su) Whenever Watang hits the same opponent with two or more claw attacks in the same round, it also affects that opponent with a targeted greater dispel magic spell (CL 29th).
Penetrate Force (Su) Watang ignores all force effects. It ignores bonuses to Armor Class bestowed by force effects and can move through force effects as if they were not there.
Sinister Blast (Su) Once every four rounds, Watang can fire a beam of energy in a 1,200 foot line that deals 20d6 points of force damage and 20d6 points of negative energy damage to all creatures in its area (Reflex DC 43 half). A creature that takes any negative energy damage must succeed an additional DC 43 Fortitude save or take 1d4 negative levels as well. The save DC is Constitution based.
Terrible Constriction (Ex) Watang deals an additional 2d6 points of damage when constricting an opponent for every size category the creature is above Medium size.
