So the s8 trailer ended with rick waking up in a bed, and there's a number of different theories about what happened: 1. Rick gets seriously injured during the war, and dreams that everything that happened since he woke up in Atlanta was a dream 2. It was all actually a dream or 3. This is a flashfoward, because after the defeat of negan in the comics, there's a time jump. its beautiful in its many colors, smells, bottles. its pretty labels and draw toward the people that surround it. the sound of people whispering its many names in your ear is tempting. the feel of the fire running down your throat..its warm. your insides become relaxed with every ounce. you continue. some things are said that might not be of the occasion..but they are still words none the less. the colors in the air are mixed, swirling together in a glorious mess. then it all goes dark…the pain starts. you feel like your entire body is made up of molten lava which is then forced out your mouth violently. you feel trapped! you cant get away from it. it has a firm grip on your throat and it refuses to let go. you try your hardest to get away, but it only makes it worse. you try to douce it with cold matter, but it consumed by the flame. you feel like all is lost..but you don't remember that. you don't remember anything. you open your eyes wondering if it was all a dream. was it?
