So, "A despicable person"/"悪い人". I'd say it's a pretty difficult song to analyse, mainly because the pv is full of different characters and the lyrics vary from translation to translation. To make things easier, I've decided to adopt those you can find in the vocaloid lyrics wiki by Releska.

First, I think it's good to outline the characters that appear in the pv: Call Girl, Bonita, The Idiot and Call Boy.

Initially, the only thing that was clear to me was that, at the end, Call Boy gets killed. But how did it get to that point?

It all starts with Call Girl that's taking the bus and eventually reaches the door to her apartment, the lyrics give the impression that her life is quite troubled and that she feels this strong desire of both wanting to run away from it and also wanting to be loved greatly by someone ("you must want to run away", "I want to be so strongly loved by someone").

Inside the apartment she gets overtaken by a flashback of Bonita, who she probably found dead after she killed herself because of her break up or relationship with Call Boy, and gets overwhelmed by this mania and starts screaming (it seems like she suffers of some sort of ptsd). Her flashback also includes a shot that implies that Call Girl and The idiot are most likely siblings and were childhood friends with Bonita and that they all lived in abusive/poor families, judging by the bruises on Call Girl and how they are dressed. The screaming is then heard by The Idiot that hurries over and starts holding her to calm her down. The lyrics in this part express quite explicitly that, despite this mania feeling awful to her, she also immensely enjoys reveling in this madness and both her and The Idiot probably already had moments like this one ("I'm in this sorry state again", "even if I go mad, it's so awfully right").

Later, Call Girl is seen in a bathtub, in which she submerges herself (perhaps this could be a suicide attempt but even so, it was unsuccessful as she appears later in the pv as well), you can barely notice the Idiot in the background that quickly passes next to the bathroom door and ends up in his bedroom where he is looking through a photo album and sees a blurred picture of himself, Call Girl and Bonita as kids. He then falls asleep. The lyrics express that Call Girl and The Idiot both live in depravity, which I think refers to their decaying mental health and this vicious cycle they are in, seeing as there are also self harm and suicidal implications as coping mechanisms by Call Girl that ends up relying on The Idiot for emotional support ("I want to vanish right away", "the more band aids I get, the more I understand reliable love").

In The Idiot's dream, he's being held by a giant crying Bonita (a total reversal of the illustration in the song "Idiot" btw) that eventually, drowns him in tears after that he extended his arm to her in efforts to comfort her. The lyrics heavily imply that he loved her and comforted her when she was having intense moments of depression (possibly even caused by Call Boy?). Despite her being extremely abusive to him during those moments, he seems to understand that all of that just stems from her being a weak, fragile person who was very alone ("I'll heal you, I'll fulfill you", "slander stems from bluffs. I catch a glimpse of the emotion underneath. You are a weak person").

After The Idiot wakes up, he heads to work and turns out he works as a barista. Call Girl brings Call Boy to the bar The Idiot works at, in what seems to be a date, but in my opinion they had planned to kill him by making The Idiot poison his drink, while Call Girl's role was to lure him there with the pretense of a date. In fact, the next scenes are a hallucination that Call Boy has, outside the bar, once the poison has set in: he seems disoriented and gets embraced from behind by what seems to be a ghost of Bonita, that probably symbolises death. In the meantime, back to reality, Call Girl grabs him by the collar and pours the rest of the poison on him (parallel to the end of the song "Call boy"), finally getting revenge for Bonita. The lyrics drip with feelings of disgust and hatred for Call Boy and, despite the fact that they are doing something awful like killing someone, it feels great to them, mainly because they believe Call Boy is an awful person himself, who didn't love Bonita as much as she loved him, while also being abusive to her, therefore they do not forgive him for bringing her to suicide and think he deserves to die. They don't mind killing a bad person, seeing as they are bad people as well, at the end of it all ("love as much as you are loved, that is the rule", "it's repulsive, it's indecent, knowing that my heart dances", "there's no way out, there's no forgiveness", "you're a wicked person, but I'm a wicked person too").

To sum it all up, I think it went down like this: Call Girl and The Idiot are siblings while being childhood friends with Bonita, who has an abusive relationship with Call Boy that eventually brings her to end her life. Call Girl lures Call Boy to the bar The Idiot works at and he poisons his drink. That'll end up killing him and Call Girl leaves him dead on the street, having enacted her and her brother's revenge for Bonita.

As for who the voice singing is, I'd say it switches point of view between The Idiot and Call Girl, depending on the moment and lyrics (in other words, I'm not exactly sure who's the singer between the two so I'd say both).
