There are many other things to worry about than the coronavirus 🚑 Media has achieved their goal to create a massive panic especially amongst the elderly just to sell more papers. Although on the defence, I suppose we have to create scarcity to help people to implement new habits eg., how to stay clean and how to take care of our bodies and the general wellbeing in order to stregthen and maintain strong immune system. I still think we start from the wrong end. Instead of stacking shelves with toilet paper🧻 (by the way, there is plenty in Aldi 🛒 😁) , why not to try focusing on how to improve health and overall wellbeing?! If you stopped watching so much news, stopped buying newspapers and focused on positives and started those small changes like drinking glass of lemon water every morning, eating balanced food that is rich with antioxidants and did some exercise every day, and socialise - that would be a huge step. You don't have to be extreme and do 108 sun salutations daily. Start small and make it as a regular habit... We have completed 108 Sun Salutation challenge on Saturday. This footage shows how we feel after completing almost 3/4 of 108. This is for you @markyoga We finished in 2.5 hours. Aren't we amazing⁉️ We are donating raised money to Warnham playground project. #coronavirus #wedontgiveashit #sunsalutations #108sunsalutations #warnhamproject (at Bodywise Gym & Studios) https://www.instagram.com/p/B9lyNZPH8ig/?igshid=up2sh6tx2wzn
