This Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup is a comforting classic that's perfect for chilly days or when you're feeling under the weather. Packed with tender chicken, vegetables, and egg noodles, it's sure to warm you up from the inside out.
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, diced. 8 cups chicken broth. 2 cups chopped carrots. 2 cups chopped celery. 1 cup chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp dried thyme. 1 tsp dried rosemary. 1 bay leaf. 2 cups uncooked egg noodles. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot. Boil some chicken breast and cut it up. Then add some carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaf. Turn down the heat and let it cook slowly for 20 minutes. Put in the egg noodles that aren't cooked yet. Simmer for another 10 minutes, or until the noodles are fully cooked. Add pepper and salt to taste. Take the bay leaf off before you serve. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
