These simple salmon burgers are packed with flavor and topped with creamy guacamole for a delicious meal. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a weekend barbecue!
Ingredients: 1 lb salmon fillets, skin removed and chopped. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 4 hamburger buns. Guacamole for serving.
Instructions: Chop the salmon and add it to a large bowl. Add the breadcrumbs, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Four patties should be made from the mixture. Set a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil. The salmon patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done. In the pan, toast the hamburger buns until they get a little brown. Put guacamole on top of the salmon patties and serve on the toasted buns.
