#warhead skipper

Not the greatest actually. Private was raised by the North Wind, and left in one of their planes to go find his family. He was always drawn to the warheads, but never knew why. He was captured by them, and since he was in a North Wind plane, they thought he was a spy/agent and locked him up for questioning.

Is there any lore behind Skipper's scars? Especially the one on this eye?

Most of the scars Skipper has gotten are from fighting the North Wind. However, the one on his eye was from trying to protect his brothers from animal control. Sadly, he was not able to protect them. Kowalki got his back burned, and Rico and Private were taken by animal control. Leaving Skipper with a blind eye, a feather of Privates, and overwhelming sadness and guilt.

Skipper is emotionally drained from the trauma he wnet through when Private got kidnapped. So anyone close to him crying would resurface those memories. When that happens, he shuts down. Everything around him he drowns out, and all he can see is those terrible memories.

Rico's mind terribly broken, but he still understands emotional pain. . . to a degree. When someone close is hurt, he tries to help them feel better by giving them dead things hes collected, or just flops on top of them like a weighted blanket.

Kowalski is emotionally hurt and traumatized from past events, and also sees emotions as a flaw. He surgically modified part of his brain that signals emotion in his process to be perfect. So, if someone, like his brothers, is hurting. He will go stand next to them or open up his arms for a hug, but there is no feeling behind it.

In Warhead au when Private finds rest of penguins and gets trapped - does he eventually recognise penguins and/or otherwise? Or did they eventually fully forget about each other, and now are total strangers :v??

The warheads did eventually recognize Private. The reason they thought he was a spy, besides being in a NW plane, was because they remembered them taking him away as a chick. So they believed this older Private might be a trick of some kind. They do eventually realize that, it is actually Private, and release him. But now Private comes to the realization that the brothers he was searching for, are infamous wanted criminals :/
