Walking Tacos are the perfect portable snack for a birthday party or backyard barbecue. They're fun, delicious, and easy to make, making them a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1 packet taco seasoning. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/2 cup diced bell peppers. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1 bag of nacho cheese-flavored Doritos or Fritos chips.
Instructions: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions for seasoning the beef. Crush the Doritos or Fritos chips inside the bag, then cut a slit along the side of the bag to create an opening for toppings. Spoon the seasoned ground beef into the bag of chips. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, diced onions, diced bell peppers, sour cream, sliced black olives, and chopped fresh cilantro. Close the bag and shake gently to mix the ingredients. Serve immediately with a fork and enjoy your walking tacos!
