#WAKE_UP There’s nothing like part time work for God. Even those who claimed to be lay workers were not preachers. Paul who we believed to weave alongside the ministry did not serve part time. All the five-fold ministries must be full time. The reason why church is trying to adapt to lay ministry is as a result of criticism and behavior of church membership and some greedy pastors who want to be like those in the world. The Levites were in the temple serving daily but for the sake of money and power, some pastors have left the church to do business. Some started well but are now following the crowd and doing as others will. Pastors must feed solely on the storehouse not their businesses. Some are no longer pastors today but church workers. When Peter wanted to enter into the lay ministry by going back into fishing, the Lord asked him of his commitment to His work. He asked :”Do you love me?” Any lay pastor is a church worker.
