Do you know? 🤓 ⁠ The Volkswagen Golf MK3 A59 ⁠ In 1992, VW embarked on a feasibility study with the objective of designing a Golf that was capable of winning the 1994 World Rally Championship. At the heart ❤️of the build was a Mk3 Golf with four-wheel drive and a T3 garret turbocharger matted to an all-aluminium engine, capable of 275hp💪 and hooked up to a six-speed gearbox that operated in tandem with electronically controlled differentials. ⁠ .⁠ The bodywork was innovative with some panels made of a unique blend of carbon and Kevlar. ⁠ .⁠ Despite being initially approved, financial restraints meant the project was shelved. ⁠ I would have been the best Golf ever!😵⁠ .⁠ ¿Sabías? 🤓 ⁠ El Volkswagen Golf MK3 A59 ⁠ En 1992, VW se embarcó en un estudio de viabilidad con el objetivo de diseñar un Golf que fuera capaz de ganar el Campeonato Mundial de Rally de 1994.
