Full-ish list of what 404 can/cant do in terms of save file editing:

CAN

Basically add or change whatever on a cats personal file albeit ‘bugging’ the cat after (ex. Heartflicker and Vinethistle)

Change anything within Vespidclan. Herb and prey stocks, nutrition status, disasters, she could even change the camp location if she wanted to

Save scumming

Generate and change moon event prompts

Implement/Reverse/Remove conditions

Change settings (you have two choices - wake up neutered or mpreg)

Possession (kinda. she needs to be able to go in their head. and even so its not really her in the mind- its more like their autonomy are influenced by what 404 wants them to do - mental manipulation) (THIS HAS NOT SHOWN UP IN THE COMIC)

Yeah, she can manipulate relationships, altho that would be done through possession. yk those moments when a cat in game does something super out of character?

Take cats in and out of the Living, Starclan, Dark Forest, Out Of Bounds, etc.

Delete IDs aka Delete a cat from ever existing

Create a new clan

Do anything outside of the Vespidclan.json. Her basic limitations revolve on the fact that she can’t physically create something new and her powers work ONLY within Vespidclan

Influence or manipulate outer forces beyond Vespidclan (including what’s beyond Vespidclan territory. simpler terms, a cat generated by the game has to be at the in-game Vespidclan range for 404 to reach them)

Leave a cat in perfect condition after editing, something WILL be left broken

I’ll do ya one and put what the rules state here!

Unlike Elite Warriors and Warriors, Workers are cats who are stuck doing chores within the clan and doing tasks for The Elite (Elite Warriors, Leader, Deputy, Healers) until they prove their loyalty and worth to the clan and to the leader Iciclestar.

Any cat who is against the new rule or does not follow through is expected to undergo trial and punishment regardless of ranking.

You will see what that’s like pretty soon!

Heartflicker and Iciclestar’s relationship has been pretty messy lately. On one hand, they acknowledge that they are sisters and hold some sentimental value to that. On the other hand, they are treating each other like authoritarians/work partners than family, and they both resent each other for the death of Snakevalley

On Iciclestar’s part, she’s grown to be very distrustful and weak - she’s experienced death and nearly died twice on account of the cats she loved and saw as family. Put it simply, she wanted to be lenient, but forced to learn about reality, she can’t be a good leader if she keeps getting hurt

When she needed help she sought out her mother, with her experience as a previous deputy, and gave her the advice she needed to hear

Leading a clan with a strong mind and ferocity, maintaining tradition, and unwavering devotion to Starclan. Bees are stinging insects, after all
