Tbh it wasn’t until after I’d seen all of season 1 and was RPing with @dizsasqua​ that it just sort of fell into place and made sense. And what’s more, it makes so much sense to me that now it’s pretty much impossible for me to ship Shiro with anyone else.

YOU EVER READ A FIC ABOUT 2?

roflmao Are you kidding? I thought up the ship in the first place. Seven of the 8 fics that currently exist I wrote alone (and yes, have read multiple times), and the 8th one I co-wrote with @onyxdragonx​. I have even more in the works (two currently in progress), and if anyone else ever writes fics for the Devilfish ship I will probably be shrieking for days and re-read them 500 times and more.

HAVE A PICTURE OF 4 EVER BEEN YOUR SCREENSAVER/PROFILE PICTURE?

Noooope. I don’t tend to have ship pics as my profile pic, screensaver, or even background. I usually prefer more nature-y stuff for things like that. Though I do tend to go for having a single character I like as my profile pic, but I’ve never had one with Harley or Ivy (mostly out of maintaining a certain amount of distance so I’m less likely to get ‘she’d XP).

IF 7 WERE TO SUDDENLY BREAK UP TODAY, WHAT WOULD YOUR REACTION BE?

Silvergifting - Considering that in canon Mairon killed Tyelpe and used him as his banner that would probably be an improvement. In the best iterations though, I would have to wonder what happened just because they’re one of those unbreakable couples. (Needless to say, I only really go with the best iterations.)

WHY IS 1 SO IMPORTANT?

Bluepulse OT3- OMFG. They are adorable, they are wonderful, and they are a perfect example of a healthy poly relationship where everyone has a say and boundaries are respected across the board. They know how to play around and goof off, they’re always there for each other, and they’re wonderfully supportive of each other without any bullshit jealousy creeping in. And OMFG they are so good about communicating with each other so that none of them end up feeling neglected and just- fffffrrrrraaaaaaaaa I can’t even put it into words! I LOVE THESE THREE.

WHICH ONE HAS THE STRONGEST BOND?

Uh... All of them? I kind of have a thing for ships with REALLY strong bonds to the point where they’re unbreakable.

HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU READ/WATCHED 10’S FANDOM?

FenHawke - I’ve seen a playthrough of the game once (thanks to my fiance @radioactive-earthshine​) and we’re going through for the second time. I’m still relatively new to the Dragon Age fandom, so I haven’t gotten all that in-depth yet (though thank you fanfiction and all of the various fantastic authors).

WHICH SHIP HAS LASTED THE LONGEST?

I’m tempted to say HarleyIvy or TimKon, but if we go by how long a relationship lasted in canon, it would definitely have to be Silvergifting (definitely not going to argue with a relationship lasting a couple hundred years at least).

HOW MANY TIMES IF EVER HAS 6 BROKEN UP?

Shatt- They kind of weren’t even together when they got abducted by the Galra Empire, so unless they kind of got together while they were captured, not really ever. If they did get together, then once, when Shiro escaped.

IF THE WORLD WAS SUDDENLY THRUST INTO A ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE WHICH SHIP WOULD MAKE IT OUT ALIVE, 2 OR 8?

Devilfish vs Koy - lol What are the chances it’d be the two ships with atlanteans? Seriously though, while I think both ships would stand a good chance of surviving, I think the thing that would give Eddie and La’gaan the edge over Roy and Kaldur is the fact that Eddie is a pyrokinetic and could set fire to any zombies before they got anywhere close to him or La’gaan (and for La’gaan and Kaldur it doesn’t hurt that they have really durable skin that’s comparatively hard to cut or break). Where Kaldur and Roy would have the disadvantage is the fact that if Roy got bitten (being that for the most part he’s a normal human) they would be screwed.

DID 7 EVER HAVE TO HIDE THEIR RELATIONSHIP FOR ANY REASON?

Silvergifting - rofl OMFG YES. Most of Tyelpe’s remaining family were absolutely convinced that Mairon was evil and didn’t trust him even before Tyelpe met him. So yeah, you can bet that their relationship initially was pretty freaking quiet.

IS 4 STILL TOGETHER?

HarleyIvy- YES. AND THEY’RE CANON! *insert maniacal laughter here*

IS 10 CANON?

FenHawke- If you play the game through that way, then absolutely hell yes.

IF ALL 10 SHIPS WERE PUT INTO A COUPLE’S HUNGER GAMES WHICH COUPLE WOULD WIN?

It would be between TimKon and Silvergifting, with VRichie and Bluepulse OT3 coming in second. TimKon because holy fucking shit TIM (he would assess everyone’s weaknesses and have contingency plans from hell in very short order), and Silvergifting because Mairon and Tyelpe working together are damn near a force of nature and terrifyingly intelligent. Both Virgil and Richie are pretty freaking smart, but they both lack the sort of laser-precision Tim and Mairon have. Khaji Da has that sort of laser-precision, but he’s got some blind spots that would cost him, Jaime, and Bart if they went up against Tim and Kon or Mairon and Tyelpe-- otherwise the three of them would have it in the bag.

HAS ANYBODY EVER TRIED TO SABOTAGE 5’S SHIP?

VRichie- Both of them to a certain degree; mainly due to Virgil being oblivious and chasing after his minor crushes (at least three girls-- Frieda, Daisy, and Shanice/Shebang) like a goober and not realizing that Richie had it bad for him, and due to Richie feeling like he initially couldn’t be open about the fact he was gay and assuming that there was no way in hell Virgil would be interested in him. So they more sabotaged themselves than anybody else sabotaging them.

WHICH SHIP WOULD YOU DEFEND UNTIL DEATH AND BEYOND?

DO YOU SPEND HOURS A DAY GOING THROUGH 3’S TUMBLR PAGES?

TimKon - I haven’t gone through their tag on tumblr all that much, but I have combed through what’s available on Ao3. Several times. Even spent time looking through fics on Ao3 while I was in a class that I eventually dropped because there was just too much work for me to keep up with.

falls asleep on the couch- Thorin. Bilbo doesn’t think it’s proper.

makes friends with the neighbors- Bilbo. He might not intend to, but there are certain hobbitish proprieties he just can’t get rid of no matter how irksome he finds them.

is the adventurous eater- Thorin. He’s eaten things he doesn’t care to admit to, and more that he doesn’t really want to tell Bilbo about.

hogs the covers at night- You’d think it’d be Thorin, but it’s Bilbo. Usually Thorin ends up cuddling as close as possible after Bilbo’s taken all the covers.

forgets to do the dishes- Thorin, just because it’s not something he’s used to thinking about.

tries to surprise their partner more often- Thorin, he’s a sap like that.

leaves dirty laundry on the floor- Thorin. Again, not used to having to think about it.

stays up til 2 AM reading- Bilbo. There have been times where Thorin has had to wake up and pull the book out of his hands to get him to go to bed.

sings in the shower- Bilbo. Thorin does sing, just rarely thinks to in the shower, because for him it’s a simple get in-get clean-get out. Bilbo likes to take his time.

takes the selfies- Bilbo, that way he can sneak a lot of group pictures with Thorin since Thorin rarely takes any pictures of himself.

plans date night- This one is a mix. They both take their turns, with the biggest difference being how elaborate their date nights end up being.

falls asleep on the couch- A bit of both. Whenever Kon catches Tim asleep on the couch he’ll usually scoop him up and carry him to bed so that he can sleep better. When Tim catches Kon asleep on a couch he’ll usually drape a blanket over him if it’s cold enough.

makes friends with the neighbors- Kon. He’s more of the social butterfly. Tim might like to, but usually he’s too buried in whatever he’s doing.

is the adventurous eater- Kon. Kon all the way. Some of his favorite foods are random Hawaiian foods that Tim occasionally questions if they’re edible.

hogs the covers at night- Tim. Kon’s not affected by the cold too much, but when he wakes up to find he has no covers he’ll pout and try to get some of them back without waking Tim. He’s rarely successful.

forgets to do the dishes- Tim. Usually thanks to being caught up in whatever he’s working on. Fortunately Kon doesn’t mind it.

tries to surprise their partner more often- Kon. He’s such a thorough sap that he puts others romantic saps to shame.

leaves dirty laundry on the floor- Both. They both get around to eventually picking it up, but when it happens in the first place they’re usually too tired to care.

stays up til 2 AM reading- Tim. Always Tim. Kon has to occasionally drag him to bed and hold on to him to keep him from getting his laptop and staying up longer. (Sometimes Tim sneaks his phone.)

sings in the shower- Kon. He’s a dork, he’ll sing in the shower all he likes– sometimes in English and sometimes in Hawaiian.

takes the selfies- Both, though Kon takes them more frequently so that he can send them to Tim so he can be a distracting pain-in-the-butt (especially with the shirtless pics of him on his bed).

plans date night- Both, but Kon usually tends to put more thought into it and make it more over-the-top sappy and wonderful (he’s kind of like Lex in the way he goes overboard sometimes).

Silverfisting (I’m firmly looking at this one through the lens of them-having-a-good-relationship-AU)

falls asleep on the couch- Tyelpe because he needs to sleep more, although he has been known to find Mairon on the couch sometimes and will move him (sleepy protests or no).

makes friends with the neighbors- Tyelpe is the more sociable of the two of them. While he doesn’t necessarily want to be friends with everyone he meets, at the same time he has a higher tolerance for people than Mairon.

is the adventurous eater- Tyelpe. It’s all Tyelpe can do to get Mairon to consume anything other than wine.

hogs the covers at night- Tyelpe. Since Mairon is a fire maia he usually isn’t bothered by not being covered.

forgets to do the dishes- Mairon. Mairon will never do dishes if he can help it. He hates doing dishes and usually is only willing to wash something he’s used.

tries to surprise their partner more often- Tyelpe. Mairon would like to, but sometimes he feels a little lost when it comes to being sappy and sweet. Tyelpe on the other hand is able to be sweet and charming in abundance.

leaves dirty laundry on the floor- Mairon, but only for the duration of time he’s spending with Tyelpe. Otherwise Mairon prefers his space to be meticulous.

stays up til 2 AM reading- Mairon, simply because he doesn’t have to sleep as much.

sings in the shower- Neither of them really. If either of them do it’s usually to be obnoxious to the other.

takes the selfies- MAIRON. Mairon is the king of selfies. Ain’t nobody got nothing on his selfies.

plans date night- Usually Tyelpe. Mairon’s plans usually tend to be very clearly steered in one direction.

falls asleep on the couch- Richie, usually thanks to having stayed up too late working on some project or another.

makes friends with the neighbors- A mix of both. It depends on how social they’re each feeling.

is the adventurous eater- Richie. (Burritos that tasted like cardboard in one of the episodes. ‘Nuff said.)

hogs the covers at night- Virgil, but not on purpose. It happens more often than not due to the static cling.

forgets to do the dishes- They’re both guilty of forgetting to do them, which is why when they do wash the dishes they usually wash them together.

tries to surprise their partner more often- They alternate, but usually Richie is the one who surprises Virgil more than the other way around thanks to all of his random inventing.

leaves dirty laundry on the floor- Virgil. Richie’s guilty of it too sometimes, but Virgil overall is less organized than Richie.

stays up til 2 AM reading- They’re both guilty of it (sometimes while reading the same thing at the same time), but Richie more often than Virgil because his mind tends to get sucked into the internet-hell of researching 15 different things when he started off looking into only one.

sings in the shower- These dweebs are both guilty of it. In fact they’re guilty of singing freaking off-key duets when they’re taking a shower together.

takes the selfies- Richie. He always takes the best selfies because of backpack, and he can get them from pretty much any angle.

plans date night- BOTH. These nerds even have date night planning wars where they go back and forth and try to make each successive date night better than the last one in a fruitless attempt to out-do each other.
