I wrote on my blog last Friday that since I started working at my new job, I can't eat with with my colleagues. Mainly because I am ashamed of many pretty girls, and on the other hand, eating in front of others is very difficult for me. At home, it’s easier in the family circle, and since I haven’t been in a new company for a long time I thought this problem no longer affected me... But last Friday, I dared to eat with the others at the cost of big internal fights. For about 20 minutes, my heart was pounding and I was dizzy & so scared!

So I said to myself: Remember you didn't dare to go a running race for 2 years because you think you are weak?! And in this January you took the challenge courageously and skillfully. You have to break down your walls! ……and then I have lunch with them! And now on Monday and Tuesday I repeated! I’m so proud of myself! True, for the first few weeks I was telling everyone I didn't eat during the day (I fasted a lot in January, it was a good excuse), so now no one calls me for lunch, which is bad... but it's my fault.
