The good thing about being a titan "infected" with a thing as small as a human decoration, is that no one really notices. Some Vehicons point it out when they notice, but it quickly goes forgotten as they are chased out the hallway by a hungry Crawler.
The deployers notice (they always notice new growths) but after some discussion none of them pay it much mind and simply remove any that they see while doing basic repairs.
The Nemesis itself doesn't actually notice; it's in a period of dormancy, or what can be considered recharge for a massive warship.
