Yes, I cook! 🙋🏻♀️ My version of Mung Bean Sprout Side Dish In Korean, this recipe is called sukju-name. Some also call this recipe nokdu-namul, because the sprout grows from the mung bean, called nokdu (녹두).. In the Philippines, we called it togue. We usually saute this and wrapped with spring roll wrapper. But today, I'm in the mood for korean chuchu! Hahaha! Here are the Ingredients 1 pack of mung bean sprouts 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 teaspoon fish sauce ½ teaspoon Salt 2 green onions, chopped 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds How I cooked this? Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Blanch the sprouts for 1 minute and rinse in cold water. Put the cleaned sprouts in a basket or strainer and strain well. Combine garlic, green onion, fish sauce, salt, toasted sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Add the sprouts and mix by hand to season evenly. Transfer them to a serving bowl or plate. Serve warm or cold as a side dish. You can refrigerate them for up to 3 days. It's easy, right? Now, if you make this, let me know in the comment how it turns out. #cooking #recipes #vloggermama #WorkingMom #mungbeansprouts https://www.instagram.com/p/CB0P4FVAjr7/?igshid=9jxsxbmez60b
