I’m actually not totally sure, because I don’t know how genuine her feelings are for Adrien. I don’t think she really loves him, but she for sure has feelings for him. I think he’d sense manipulation and contempt. Her touch would probably be the most uncomfortable to him, (Chloe’s a distant second) and a lot of the reason he wears long sleeves later. (If he happens to roll them up when he touches Marinette, well, no one notices but Plagg.)
