So I'm here to talk about these new fees that have been slapped on my account that scream that I'm a horrible account holder.

Most of you would scoff of a fee of $7 dollars as nothing. To me that is 2 gallons of gas, a gallon and 1/2 of milk, dinner and lunch, or prescription co-pay. I cannot afford to have what little money I make now be taken away. I am in the process of getting disability because of a back injury I have had for 5 years now. Every literal moment of my life is pain, and I work in a kitchen where I trip, fall, slip, and cause myself more harm than good to earn what money I have. Yet PNC believes that I am not worth talking to a real person for the past 3 years without incurring a fee. I haven't spoken to a teller till today when I was trying to figure out why my account had been overdrawn, because of fees.

I couldn't bring in rolled change without being charged for talking with a real person. It's like I'm not worth their time, but you have my money? And have had it for years? I was grandmothered in from NationalCity. I never received new checks with either of my accounts. I have had family and friends tell me that they had. I wasn't worth their time.

I opened a new account after they took money from my original account telling me I'm not worth their time, I don't make enough money. My father's estate account was drained by them because we didn't make the minimum after the funeral fees. So they just kept taking a dead mans money away from his grieving children.

We aren't worth PNC's time because we don't have enough money.

I think a bank should think I'm worth it when they are handling what little money I do have.
