A few things, actually!
1- https://gifcities.org/ for Geocities gifs, straight from the source.
2- Clip studio Glitch brushes! I recommend this pack and this tool for the clone glitch functions
3- https://photomosh.com/ ! The gifs can be glitched up here.
4- https://www.photopea.com/ allows you to put gifs over still images. I cropped several bits of a moshed gif and put on

I just made him more related to an rp so I mostly have IC related stuff, BUT AU wise, I'd like to think his old addison friends are a bit afraid of him, as he's clearly messed up, but he feels heartbroken over that because as far as he's aware, he's always looked like how he is!
The virus works as it replaces/modifies every file in the system with it's code before spread, and as a result his memories have been altered so he truly believes he's always been Viroviroton!
