I had a dream that a new Charter character appeared called the Stillkeeper. They were clad in a see-through, gold-embroidered chasuble with sleeves, and the sleeve collars had these long strands of golden beads/chains hanging from them. Their face was covered by a cast bronze mask (ofc painted gold), which had a benevolent expression. They were floating in the air, the fabric whipping around them, their arms spread in the notion of a compassionate address — one without insight would call them an angel. But they were an angel the same way a false guardian could ever be one. (Think of the Archangel Michael from The Mandela Catalogue.) Also Mouthpiece was absolutely afraid of them for some reason. Idk.
