Do you think the show will introduce Rose? Part of me would love to see it, and part of me thinks there's already SO much story to pack into these ridiculously short seasons that it would be too much. I also feel like there wouldn't be much point including her in the show unless she's actually living with L&L and we're seeing a new version of a family dynamic play out there. And I have to assume they'd age her up and have her be a little girl. But then from a purely practical, logistical standpoint on the production side of things, I feel like adding a child to the cast brings such a set of requirements behind the scenes that I don't know if they'd do it with their constraints.
FULLY out of left field in regards to anything going on in the story right now; just curious what you think about that.
I mean, Rose is not a child for long (even in the books).
And given the fact that they changed Claudia's backstory already to match Rose's (when Louis rescues her), I feel like they are building to the modern day version of it all.
Claudia is the daughter which dies - Rose is the one who lives, and both Lestat and Louis save her, and I think that would be a very healing aspect of it all in the storyline.
Whether they will have the time for that is another question, BUT it could be part of the arc for next season, possibly, if woven into it all (for example her needing rescue in the first place due to Akasha's rampage or something like that?)
In any case I... hope we get to see her.
