There are several food sources you can eat that are great for your bone health.
Try to eat a variety of these foods!
1. Yogurt
2. Milk
3. Cheese
4. Sardines
5. Eggs
6. Salmon
7. Spinach
8. Fortified Cereal
9. Tuna
10. Collard Greens
11. Orange Juice
Currently, I am eating yogurt with bananas and berries (blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries). It makes me feel energized and helps with my digestion, too! I also eat eggs. Sometimes, I eat boiled eggs, sunny side-up, or an omelette. Omelettes are great because they not only have eggs, but also vegetables like spinach. Sometimes, I even put salmon in my omelette. These are a few of the many types of foods I eat that have lots of bone-strengthening vitamins!
