idk if it broke out on tumblr yet, but just a couple hours ago it was reported that TOP has been illegally smoking marijuana. He was tested and he came out positive. Although there are more details I will not go into it further. First of all, before any fan wars and vips start arguing, I’d like to state that this is a serious matter. Because this is Korea and not America its different. They have different laws on this issue and this isn’t okay. BUT what I wanted to point out is that, this is where I believe fans should be: they should be supporting him. And by that I don’t mean to say that its ok for him to be smoking marijuana because its NOT. Its okay to accept the fact that he did do it. Because he probably accepted it too. Our Seunghyun 오빠 is in the military facing this; not even having a chance to really have a say in it. You can always have all these other theories but we’ll never know from his perspective. Whatever the truth is, whether it is revealed or hidden, this is another pain that we fans will have to accept so that he can run to our arms and receive comfort not sympathy or pity. I believe in our Bingu Top. Also as a fan who went through the past hardships with Big Bang, I hate seeing the arguing and shaming in the fandom and in between fandoms. It was so stupid and saddening in my eyes because we were causing problems the boys didn’t need. I really hope that this will not become something to be ashamed of as a fandom but to be a sad memory that will serve as a stepping stone to improve. I don’t want the boys sad and I’m sure they wouldn’t want us sad either. They are where they are because of us and we have come this far because of them. Lets spread love for/to the fandom and to the boys.❤️
