These last months in Salvador de Bahia at the Goethe Institut VillaSul residency have been beautiful and fertile. I found Salvador a complex, sometimes contradictory and fascinating city, and Brazil a amazing place to reflect, work and explore the future. I really enjoyed being part of "Kauris", Tiago Sant'Ana's @tiagosantanaarte exhibition featuring my video "Transmutations" ; collaborating with the Pierre Verger Foundation @fundacaopierreverger on their next São Paulo exhibition and on upcoming projects ; moving forward with "Handroid" my project with @thedigitalearth about the digital wave in the Global South and performing with IKE @ike.beat at the Goethe Institute preparing for #BiennialSescVideobrasil in October. It was also wonderful to make friends with my fellow residents, Neo Muyanga, Ida Toninato @idatoninato, Tine Fetz @tinefetz, Nick Jongen @nikejoggen and the extraordinary team of #VillaSul (Manfred, Leo, Maria, Carmen and Rebekka, maximum thanks to you) Many thanks to @GoetheInstitutSalvador and to @videobrasil. #Brazil #Residency #GoetheInstitut #Salvador #Videobrasil #Future #Contexture #DigitalEarth #IKE #biennialsescvideobrasil (à Salvador, Bahia, Brazil) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bwb7BY2jBOA/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=tmaeue4cr5zj
