I might not ever get around to writing anything VigilMaster, but I think it would set up something interesting in my universe:
—John loves Adrian but thinks of him as a sweet boy who, through a combination of bad brain chemicals and trauma, sometimes does bad things like kill people
— Rip wants Adrian because he thinks of him as a psycho violence bot wearing a very attractive human suit
— meanwhile, Chris is over here like “Guys! Adrian is just Gut Chase’s kid brother and he is DOING his BEST.”
