Cocking her head, she was surprised that someone like Oliver Queen didn't know that. Then again, she'd been keeping tabs on the goings on in Star City and what she'd found out had been quite interesting. But she wasn't there to deal with their problems. She'd come for what was hers and she wasn't going to leave until she got that. Her father had foolishly given it to Merlyn and now it seemed that Queen had it. And she wanted it back. It was rightfully hers and if necessary she would kill whomever got in her way. Talia just preferred to deal with it like she did with business deals; face to face. If it didn't work out that way, she had no qualms about going to violence. Certain situations just required it. This one, though, she was still on the fence about.
