Today we are posting three pieces of graffiti in three alleys off 24th St by Mission St in San Francisco, Ca. They are Osage, Lilac and Cypress and each within a half block of one another. The alleys are 2 blocks long in the Mission District with a mixture of graffiti and murals on fences and garages by local and visiting artists. Art turns over fairly frequently. __ You can saunter down the alleys by yourself or take a personalized walking tour through Lilac Alley Mural Project. Tours are $20 per person with group rates available. Rune stone # Sö 214 - Årby, Selaön, Överselö socken
This rune stone stands at the entrance to one of the farms in Ã…rby. It's breathtaking to stand by this stone and read the inscription. There have been a farm named Ã…rby here for at least a thousand years.
