this keeps coming up in my fb memories this time of year so i have to post it - about 8 years ago i was in my worst depression ever, i was broke/unemployed/not in school, and i’d had to move far away from any social support system
then josh fn groban tweeted a link to this video and it was the first time i had felt feelings in months, it was so profound to me at a time when i was numbly going from bed -> shower -> bed on repeat. it made me feel like i was worth something bc i’m part of everything. maybe it will make you feel feelings too!!
