Today’s VGM of the Day is the Temple of Rain from Guacamelee!
This game is awesome it’s a great Metroidvania styled game. It’s art style is also very charming and colorful. The music is upbeat and catchy as hell I love it! I would definitely recommend this game it’s on the PC, WiiU, PS3, XBox 360. Just go get this game it’s fantastic.
Today’s VGM of the Day is the Guild theme from Fable.
This game is awesome. I really like this game and I played the hell out of it as a kid. It did a really good job on setting the stage for Western RPG’s. The game was good at making the game feel alive outside of your character. The art style was great with it’s medieval look and feel. The music is amazing it really gives off that fantasy feeling Russell and Danny did a great job, (Give the random button a hand by the way it picked my favorite track in the game) The combat was pretty smooth and well rounded.
I’d highly recommend this game the story is great and the game overall is very fun and it actually isn’t that long. It’s available for the original XBox along with the 10th Anniversary remastered version for the 360 and PC.
No Budokai links
Hey everyone sorry for the lack of VGM’s of the Day I kinda just dropped the ball on that one.
Anyway I unfortunately won’t be posting links to the Dragon Ball Z Budokai soundtrack. Due to the fact that it’s composer Kenji Yamamoto (Not the Kenji who does the Metroid soundtracks) was charged with copyright infringement on some of the music tracks for the Budokai Series. For that he was terminated from his work. So I won’t be posting links on where you can buy this soundtrack because of this. However I would still say to try this game it’s very fun.
The Budokai series was given an HD upgrade on the PS3. However the soundtrack was redone by Tower of Power. So get ready to hear Jazzy Soul music. But seriously Tower of Power is really good you should listen to them.

Edit: This Kenji Yamamoto IS the same guy composed many of the Metroid soundtracks. How unfortunate ¡~¡
