Here's the Eastridge council ft. Verde. They're Scotsdale's greatest rivals, with animosity between the two schools going back hundreds of years. Over the past century Eastridge has become a booming metropolis, with some of the largest and most successful businesses in the entire Escot Archipelago. One of the largest being MadDog Chips™ owned by Ashley Madison's father, which is something she tends to mention a lot to overcompensate for her awful personality. But most students of The Eastridge Institute have a background of success. Selina's father runs several prolific charities, Coco's family owns a snack cake company, and Yuma is a famous singer.

Nah Ashley didn't need to try that hard to tank Verde's rep. Verde's genuinely unhygienic. One of the reasons she's so successful online is because her viewers don't have smell-o-vision. Another fun fact about her is the hoodie she wears used to be white, but since she rarely washes it got stained brown from sweat.
For her streams she uses a face cam, and thankfully her followers don't mind how messy her room usually is on stream. (There's legit moldy food, and stolen objects all over her room.)
And the fanfics are publicly known, she was writing them in secret. But Coco ended up leaking them to the school for a laugh. (and revenge for stealing an ugly necklace Adam made for her.) Coco has a bit of a shopping addiction so she's been known to commit identity theft here and there, and after finding out Verde's info for her credit cards, Coco managed to access Verde's email and found a treasure trove of fanfiction in the universe's google drive equivalent.

A bit of both, Ashley Madison hates Verde and she loves to put other people down, and the fact that she can insult Verde to her face is something she takes pleasure in. As for her habits lets just say she pretty unhinged. She makes people uncomfortable with what she says and does a lot of the time, not to mention Verde loves stealing from people. Verde has stolen books, wallets and even house keys from her classmates' bags while they weren't looking, just because she enjoys hoarding things that don't belong to her, and she's done this to just about everyone too (and their graduating class is around 3,000 students) so she became pretty notorious rather quickly.
So maybe I'm a lil obsessed with Verde...

Verde as a character exists to show off the dynamics within Eastridge, both the school and the greater island. She's not a part of the main Eastridge clique council, but she still has undying loyalty to Ashley Madison in spite of that. Most of Verde's unpopularity came from playground rumors Ashley Madison spread about her in their youth. And since childhood Verde has gained some weirder and unorthodox habits that creep people out. Verde has always held out hope that her and Madison would become besties one day, and has an almost cultish obsession with her even though Madison dogs her every chance she gets.
Ashley Madison's takes advantage of Verde's adoration, by making her into both her gopher and her informatant. Verde's job at Eastridge is to make sure it's lesser students don't attempt to rise up against Madison's rule over their graduating class. It's a job that Verde is happily committed to even though Madison's actions are hurting Verde just as much as the other students.
