It had been a long and almost endless battle against the Venatori, for his Karataam, as theyâd continued to run into more of them in the ruins theyâd decided to camp out in. More than a few of his Karataam members had fallen and they were very few left.Â
Treading into yet another hall with a large Eluvian, the remaining of the Karataam were about to settle down, only to be attacked once more. His Arvaarad ordered him to back over towards the wall where the Eluvian was and away from the attackers, just until the opportunity was right. However, this opportunity never came, as Kata accidentally touched the Eluvian, somehow activating it and falling through it. The last thing he saw in the room, was his Arvaarad being slain and the control rod behind sliced in two by a large two-handed sword, then everything went dark.
Hours later, the massive Saarebas slowly woke to laying on his back on soft grass. Through the grated eye sockets in his mask, Kataâs ruby red eyes could barely see the rustling leaves above him and the sunlight streaming down in between them. He was in a forest? Slowly getting up, the massive brute took a look around, despite his limited view. The oddest thing for him right now, was probably how freely his mana surged in his veins... The control rod had been shattered.. sliced in two.. That was probably why.
Unsure as of what to make of his current whereabouts, the massive Qunari mage decided to try and find a populated place maybe, as he started walking. Someone who could maybe tell him what part of Thedas he was in, unless this wasnât Thedas. It sure didnât feel like it.
